Die Trai­ner der F- bis D- Jugend haben sich für Ihre Kids etwas ein­fal­len las­sen: Die Kien­berg-Chall­enge!
Hier­bei sol­len die Kids an unter­schied­li­chen Sta­tio­nen am Kien­berg Übun­gen absol­vie­ren. Für jede Sta­ti­on wur­den unter­schied­li­che Schwie­rig­keits­gra­de aus­ge­ar­bei­tet, sodass auch wirk­lich jeder ein wenig ins Schwit­zen gera­ten soll­te.
Wem das immer noch zu ein­fach ist, erhöht dann natür­lich die Dau­er oder Wie­der­ho­lun­gen.
Wir hof­fen, dass wir damit die Kids – und ger­ne auch die Eltern – wie­der etwas moti­vie­ren kön­nen, sich sport­lich zu betä­ti­gen.
