Die Trainer der F- bis D- Jugend haben sich für Ihre Kids etwas einfallen lassen: Die Kienberg-Challenge!
Hierbei sollen die Kids an unterschiedlichen Stationen am Kienberg Übungen absolvieren. Für jede Station wurden unterschiedliche Schwierigkeitsgrade ausgearbeitet, sodass auch wirklich jeder ein wenig ins Schwitzen geraten sollte.
Wem das immer noch zu einfach ist, erhöht dann natürlich die Dauer oder Wiederholungen.
Wir hoffen, dass wir damit die Kids – und gerne auch die Eltern – wieder etwas motivieren können, sich sportlich zu betätigen.
